| Description of duties |
- Executes marketing initiatives with key customers in targeted segments.
- Leads/manages marketing input and output process with key growers and centers of influence
- Identifies and satisfies training needs of Account Managers and channels of trade
- Manages field demonstration trial process with key growers and centers of influence
- Develops and maintains key grower and center of influence data bases
- Primary responsibility for market development process of new products
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops marketing effectiveness by identifying short and mid-term issues; developing internal discussions to prepare action plans and solutions; identifying options at the field level; implementing grower and center of influence marketing development programs.
- Expands market share by developing and implementing key marketing initiatives to key growers centers of influence, and distribution channel.
- Identifies training needs by analyzing sales force, customer requirements, plans, forecasts, and current training programs; verifying needs with sales force, growers, centers of influence, and distribution channel.
- Satisfies training needs by researching, designing, and implementing programs with sales force and channels of trade; develops necessary training manuals and support materials in coordination with marketing support manager.
- Manages product complaint policy and process with sales force and technical service.
- Implements external, customer market development plans by establishing joint plans with sales representatives and technical service to target innovative and early adopter growers and centers of influence.
- Development of key grower and center of influence data-base to execute direct marketing campaigns.

| Qualifications sought |
- 4-7 Years experience in crop protection chemicals
- Seed Technology experience
- Bachelors Degree with an Area of Concentration in agriculture business, agronomy, or other related agricultural science preferred.
