We have an opening within the Regulatory Environmental Sciences Center for an Agronomist/Crop Scientist. The successful candidate will conduct laboratory, greenhouse and agronomic assessment studies necessary to support worldwide registration, commercialization and monitoring of genetically modified crops. In this role the candidate will be developing and implementing research approaches for the testing and evaluation of genetically modified crops that are stress tolerant or with other novel traits, and all aspects of the planning, initiation, coordination, data analysis, report preparation and scientific execution of agronomic assessment experiments. Additionally, the candidate will be coordinating quality check activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other compliance activities.
