Monsanto, a Fortune 500 company, is an Ag industry leader creating scientific breakthroughs around the world and we seek LOCAL FIELD ADVISORS, in various locations throughout the Midwest. In this role the candidates will increase Monsanto's market share of Seed and Traits with the top 100-150 growers in the Midwest region and operate in close coordination with local seed dealers and Monsanto's sales and technology development teams. These candidates will implement practical agronomic research, establish trial plots with targeted farmers and summarize the performance and assist with the placement of Market Development Plots.

| Qualifications sought |
The successful candidates will possess a B.A. degree in in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field and 3+ years experience in corn and soybean production/development. Must have experience working in the seed industry and excellent communication skills. All candidates will be required to pass a drug test, background check, and driving record background check.
